All of our authentic native products are safe and good to eat only because of its unique ingredients and the traditional cooking formula and method which is followed. Packing the products in the best possible way is our topmost priority.
We know that the packing has to be safe and secure and hence our packaging team follows a process and double checks the package before it leaves for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
99 Stores Shipping and Delivery Policy Thank you for choosing 99 Stores! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient shipping and delivery. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During festive seasons, processing times may be longer. We will notify customers of any delays.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Karnataka: 2-3 working days
- South India (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana): 3-5 working days
- Rest of India: 4-7 working days
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping for all domestic orders with Karnataka, for ALL Sweets, Savouries and Bakery products – no minimum purchase value.
Delivery Partners:
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- We currently deliver to more than 1000 cities across India.
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Tampered Package:
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number via email/Message once your order is shipped
Address Changes:
- Address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing an order
- No changes allowed after the order is dispatched
- Additional charges may apply for address amendments after dispatch
Failed Deliveries:
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts
Delivery Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship internationally or outside of India
Perishable Items:
- Some perishable items may have shorter shelf lives
- We recommend consuming these products within the timeframe mentioned on the packaging
Delivery Delays:
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays
- We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order
Special Instructions:
